What Is Refundable:

  • Upgrades from free to premium plans

  • Plan changes (we will calculate a fair, pro-rata adjustment where appropriate)

What Is Not Refundable

Third-Party Purchases

Payments made through third-party resellers, app stores (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store), or other distribution channels are not covered by this policy. For refunds on third-party purchases, please contact the seller or platform directly.

Violations of Terms

We reserve the right to deny a refund if your account has been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Use, including but not limited to:

  • Abusive or illegal activity

  • Fraud or payment disputes

  • Excessive bandwidth abuse

  • Multiple refund requests (see "Refund Limitations" below)

Non-Reversible Fees

Certain fees charged by payment processors or banks (such as currency conversion fees or wire transfer fees) may not be refundable, as these are beyond our control.

Cancellations vs. Refunds

It's important to understand the difference between canceling your subscription and requesting a refund.

Canceling Your Subscription:

  • Stops future automatic renewals

  • You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period

  • Does NOT automatically trigger a refund

  • Can be done at any time from your account settings

Requesting a Refund:

  • Must be done within the 30-day money-back guarantee window

  • Results in immediate downgrade to the free plan once processed

  • Refunds the payment for the current billing period

If you want both to cancel future renewals AND receive a refund for your current period, you must explicitly request a refund within 30 days.

After Your Refund is Processed

  • Your premium account will be immediately downgraded to our free plan

  • You will lose access to premium features (unlimited data, all server locations, priority support)

  • You can continue using the free plan with its limitations

  • You are welcome to upgrade again at any time if you change your mind

Refund Limitations

One Refund Per Customer

To prevent abuse of our money-back guarantee, refunds are generally limited to one per customer. If we detect duplicate accounts, multiple refund requests, or patterns of abuse, we reserve the right to deny the refund request.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, we may suspend your account during the investigation. Chargebacks can take weeks to resolve and may result in additional fees.
